Role Overview
This role serves as the central operational hub for the Asia Pacific (APAC) Marketing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of social media channels, rigorous multimedia quality control, and the critical administrative task of translating project data into actionable reports.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate and manage the social media calendars for the APAC region, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and relevant content for YouTube, X, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with campaign managers to brainstorm engaging ideas and develop high-quality social media assets.
- Assist in the launch and management of LinkedIn paid campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, monitoring, and performance reporting.
- Partner with the Human Capital team to manage recruitment and employer branding posts across all social channels.
Multimedia Operations & Quality Assurance
- Review and verify raw podcast and video assets to ensure they meet technical standards and are ready for further cutting and editing. Cross check quality of those assets during editing also work as another pair of eyes all finish assets.
- Conduct detailed quality checks on all multimedia content—including images, carousels, event photos, and audio—to ensure strict brand alignment.
- Refine and optimize caption copy in partnership with global teams to ensure it is tailored for professional B2B audiences.
Data Extraction & Team Administration
- Assist the digital marketing team with website operations, including updating and maintaining website content, as well as conducting keyword research to optimize SEO for new webpages.
- Manage internal reporting processes by collecting campaign data and drafting comprehensive reports, as well as delivering ad-hoc data analyses and summaries to support Partner requests.
- Extract key information and milestones from the regional project management board to maintain accurate internal records.
- Fill in and manage reporting templates for various internal needs, including monthly APAC reviews, partner requests, and local marketing activations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in a B2B professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of the social media landscape in APAC, with particular expertise in LinkedIn, including knowledge of LinkedIn algorithms, performance metrics, and LinkedIn Ads operations such as audience targeting, asset and caption optimization, and data analysis.
- Proven track record in managing and coordinating social media platforms, including content scheduling, creative collaboration, quality assurance of multimedia assets, and performance reporting.
- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and SEO best practices.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for social media content to engage and grow professional audiences.
- Video and audio editing skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
