About the Role:
As part of its continued evolution, Oliver Wyman is delivering a multi-year, firmwide transformation to embed advanced digital and technology-enabled capabilities into how the firm operates and delivers value. This enterprise-wide initiative spans product development, technology convergence, activation and change, communications, and regional execution across teams and geographies.
We are seeking an Activation & Change Analyst to support the day-to-day execution of global change and adoption efforts within this major transformation.
Working closely with the Activation & Change Manager and senior program leadership, you will play a key role in ensuring that new tools, workflows, and capabilities are effectively introduced, communicated, and embedded into day-to-day ways of working across consulting and support populations.
This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to translate product and program inputs into clear, practical activation materials and plans. You will operate with a high degree of ownership, coordinating across stakeholders, tracking adoption activities, and ensuring follow-through across regions and teams.
In a typical week, you might consolidate regional activation updates into a clear adoption dashboard, prepare materials to support a product launch, track engagement metrics, or coordinate follow-ups to ensure agreed actions are progressing. This role offers exposure to a fast-evolving, enterprise-scale transformation and close collaboration with senior stakeholders across product, program, communications, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the execution of activation and change plans aligned with product releases and major transformation milestones
Track activation waves, milestones, and regional rollout activities, ensuring visibility on progress, risks, and dependencies
Consolidate inputs from product, communications, and regional teams into clear, integrated views of adoption status
Prepare leadership-ready materials (e.g., adoption dashboards, updates, briefing packs), translating operational detail into implications and actions
Coordinate closely with regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timing, messaging, and readiness
Track engagement and adoption metrics, identifying trends and surfacing insights to improve effectiveness
Follow up on actions and decisions from activation forums, ensuring accountability and momentum
Contribute to the continuous improvement of activation processes, playbooks, and tools
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in change, transformation, consulting, project support, or analytical roles
Experience supporting rollout, enablement, or adoption initiatives in complex organizations is preferred
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to structure information clearly and manage multiple workstreams in parallel
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; comfort working with trackers, dashboards, and collaboration tools
Experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams is preferred
English fluency required - spoken & written
Familiarity with common project-execution tools (e.g. survey or facilitation tools), and general consulting skills are baseline expectations at Oliver Wyman and will be assessed through interviews.
Skills & Attributes:
Below are four skills that are critical to success as an Activation & Change Analyst in Oliver Wyman:
1) Execution discipline and attention to detail
Strong ability to manage timelines, track actions, and maintain high-quality materials in a fast-moving environment. Ensures activation plans, updates, and outputs are accurate, consistent, and reliable
2) Analytical synthesis and adoption insight
Ability to synthesize inputs from product, regional, and communications teams into clear, actionable insights. Comfortable working with engagement and adoption data to identify patterns and improvement opportunities
3) Stakeholder coordination
Experience coordinating across functions and levels of seniority, following up on actions, resolving issues pragmatically, and maintaining momentum without direct line authority
4) Comfort operating in ambiguity
Ability to work effectively in environments where priorities evolve and information may be incomplete, while maintaining structure, clarity, and adaptability. Strong digital fluency and openness to learning new tools and approaches
