The Role and Responsibilities
We are hiring experienced technical leaders in our CTRM/ETRM practice to drive delivery excellence and help shape our growth in this strategic domain. We seek individuals with deep Endur technical expertise and strong consulting and architecture skills who can lead complex programs, advise senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams.
In this role, you will lead complex Endur technical implementations, customizations, integrations, and optimizations across one or more commodity classes and global markets. You will emphasize robust enterprise architecture, secure integration patterns, clean code and design principles, and cloud-hosted deployments (Azure/AWS) to deliver scalable, performant, secure, and resilient Endur environments.
Your responsibilities will include
-
Delivery Leadership
Leading end-to-end technical ETRM/CTRM engagements, including technical requirements analysis, enterprise architecture modeling, solution design, Endur configuration and customization, integration architecture, testing, deployment, and hypercare
Advising clients on Endur platform best practices for performance, scalability, extensibility, secure architecture, and clean code principles
Designing and implementing advanced Endur customizations using OpenComponents (Java/.NET) and OpenJVS scripting, including plug-in development, APIs (e.g., Curve API, Result Calculator, Volatility Calculator), and extension toolkits
Architecting and delivering secure, robust integrations with exchanges, market data providers, confirmation platforms, and regulatory gateways, including FIX protocol, Trayport, ICE eConfirm/Trade Vault, CME STP, Bloomberg/Refinitiv feeds, Connex Gateway & Methods, Kafka streaming, middleware, and REST/SOAP services
Performing technical gap analyses, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization, with a focus on data modeling, ETL processes, grid engines, high-volume processing, integrations, and infrastructure considerations
Partnering with client IT stakeholders (architects, developers, platform teams) to deliver compliant, cloud-aligned solutions (Azure/AWS) and modern delivery approaches (DevSecOps)
Ensuring high technical standards and consistent quality, managing escalations through established governance channels
-
Innovation and Thought Leadership
Identifying opportunities to strengthen Endur solutions through modern extension strategies (OpenJVS/OpenComponents), real-time integration patterns, secure design patterns, and cloud-native deployment approaches
Contributing to reusable technical accelerators, reference architectures, integration patterns, and best-practice frameworks for Endur delivery
Supporting internal knowledge sharing on Endur architecture, exchange integration strategies, data modeling standards, clean code and design patterns, DevSecOps pipelines, and performance benchmarks
Promoting adoption of modern development practices, DevSecOps disciplines, DevOps tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), agile methodologies, and cloud-native principles to elevate technical delivery consistency and security posture.
-
Capability Building and Practice Development
Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, strengthening capabilities across Endur internals, integrations, data modeling, secure coding, and cloud hosting considerations
Support standardization of technical processes, code quality gates, reusable components, integration templates, architecture artefacts, secure coding guidelines, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and security across Endur projects.
