Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Research Professional to join Oliver Wyman’s Knowledge Services team in Warsaw.
The Knowledge Services team partners with consulting teams globally, delivering high-quality market intelligence, competitive insights, and analytical support that drive successful strategy development and execution across industries.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with consultants to define research needs, conduct accurate and efficient analysis, and deliver clear, insight-driven outputs that directly support client engagements and business development initiatives. You will use a wide range of research tools and proprietary databases to analyse information and deliver clear, practical insights.
Key responsibilities:
Deliver high-impact data and research insights across industries by conducting both rapid-response research and structured analyses that inform critical business decisions
Transform complexity into clarity by synthesizing diverse data and perspectives into compelling, audience-ready outputs tailored to stakeholders at different levels
Harness best-in-class research platforms (Factiva, S&P Capital IQ, LSEG/Refinitiv, Bloomberg, and more) to uncover actionable intelligence and generate data-driven insights
Shape and scale knowledge assets by contributing to the design, development, and continuous improvement of knowledge products, leveraging AI, automation technologies and proprietary databases to enhance efficiency and impact
Collaborate across global knowledge network, partnering with colleagues to deliver innovative research solutions and trusted advisory support worldwide
Experience and Skills Required:
Fluent English (C1 or higher). Any additional language skills are an advantage.
3–5 years of experience working in a research-focused environment, providing business intelligence and analytical support (preferably within a consulting firm, analytical institution, or financial services organization)
Proven experience working with specialized data sources (e.g., Factiva, S&P Capital IQ, LSEG/Refinitiv, Bloomberg)
Excellent research, synthesis, and communication skills, enabling you to distil key insights and conduct structured data analysis
Strong prioritization and time-management skills, allowing you to effectively balance and deliver on competing demands
Advanced Excel skills and strong proficiency across the MS Office suite
Experience of using AI tools to enhance research delivery
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in international teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
Additional Skills (advantageous) :
Experience of building and maintaining PowerBI dashboards
Knowledge of Climate & Sustainability topics.
