About our AI Adoption program (Quotient Inside):
Quotient Inside is Oliver Wyman’s firmwide internal AI transformation program, focused on embedding artificial intelligence into the day-to-day work of our consultants, specialists, and support professionals. Building on Oliver Wyman’s external AI brand, Quotient, the program aims to significantly increase productivity, quality, and impact by integrating AI-enabled tools, workflows, and capabilities across business development, client delivery, and internal operations.
Quotient Inside is an enterprise-wide initiative of highest strategic importance to the firm. It spans AI product development and technology convergence, large-scale activation and change, communications, and regional execution across teams and geographies. The program operates in a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment shaped by rapid advances in AI and their implications for how consulting work is delivered. Roles within Quotient Inside require strong judgment, collaboration, and the ability to operate effectively at the intersection of strategy, technology, and organizational change.
About the Role:
As the Communication Manager for Quotient Inside, you help build, develop, and implement an internal communications and adoption strategy and for the program, ensuring a clear, consistent, and compelling narrative for Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation. This role goes beyond broadcasting updates; it focuses on reinforcing priorities, driving engagement, and supporting adoption.
You will be part of our global Internal Communications with the majority of time focused on Quotient Inside working closely with the Quotient Inside Project Management Office, Product and Activation teams, and regional stakeholders to align messaging, timing, and audience targeting. You will also contribute to the Internal Communications team as an active part of the team, collaborating with other members to achieve the team’s goals and contributing to the culture.
On a typical day, you might help shape a leadership message, so it lands clearly across regions, refine communications to reflect shifting priorities, or align multiple teams around a single, coherent narrative. This role offers the chance to work at the center of a high-profile, fast-evolving AI transformation, with real influence over tone, framing, and sequencing, and visibility into how communications drive behavior changes at scale.
Key Responsibilities of this role:
• Owning the end-to-end communications strategy and execution for Quotient Inside, making sure it is delivered consistently, from planning through execution
• Coordinating messaging across global and regional channels to ensure consistency
• Shaping leadership-level narratives, including progress, impact, and calls to action
• Aligning communications closely with product releases, activation waves, and key milestones, so messages support adoption and momentum
• Tracking engagement and effectiveness, refining approaches based on feedback and data, and adjust messaging and channels to improve reach and impact over time
Who we are looking for:
• You’ll have at least 5 years’ experience in communications, change communications, or internal engagement roles
• You’ll possess strong strategic writing and storytelling capability, and be able to explain complex initiatives clearly and compellingly for different audiences
• Experience of working with senior stakeholders and complex programs, comfortable shaping and advising on messages in complex programs is essential
• The ability to manage multiple communication streams in parallel, without losing quality or focus
• Comfort in operating in fast-changing, high-visibility environments, and being able to adapt quickly as priorities and timelines shift, while maintaining clear, credible communications

Demonstrated ability to distil complex, evolving initiatives into clear, coherent narratives for different audiences. This includes shaping messaging around AI capabilities and change initiatives, so colleagues understand what is happening, why it matters, and how it affects their work
Ability to influence alignment without formal authority
Experience working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape messages, manage sensitivities, and align communications without direct ownership of decisions
Audience-centred communication across levels and regions
A track record of tailoring communication to different audiences, cultures, and levels of seniority, from leadership to consultants and support teams, while maintaining consistency
Comfort operating in ambiguity while maintaining precision and quality
The ability to produce high-quality communications when inputs are incomplete, priorities shift, or direction is still forming, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
Foundational skills such as tool proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office, collaboration platforms), facilitation support, digital fluency, adaptability, learning mindset, and general stakeholder skills are baseline expectations at Oliver Wyman and will be assessed through interviews.
