What you will do
- Develop insights into commercial assumptions underpinning client investment cases
- Analyse target companies’ markets, performance, business plan and value creation opportunities
- Interact with investors and management teams to offer advice, shape and drive strategy
Develop and foster talent within the Private Capital team
What you will bring
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in both CDD and value creation, in consulting, banking or private capital
- Be a self-starters and independent thinker, who works well within a team
- Contribute to the teams’ common aspiration, collective endeavour and shared success
- Be a clear communicator, using straightforward, open, respectful interaction
- Embrace balanced lives for consultants, whereby prioritization and focus are seen as critical
- Business-fluent English
