At Lippincott, the Marketing team directly influences strategy and business development while driving global brand building efforts. As the Marketing Speciaist, you will gain hands-on experience, with guidance and mentorship, across a spectrum of marketing activities in support of building Lippincott’s brand profile, attracting clients, shaping trends and building a strong internal culture. Specific marketing initiatives you will be a part of managing include global campaigns, digital marketing and social media initiatives, content marketing, brand partnerships, events and media relations. The role is fast-paced, multi-faceted and an opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest and most creative minds in the industry.

In your day-to-day, you will:
Support marketing and brand building initiatives, including coordinating timelines, budgets, people and logistics
Manage the Lippincott website content management system (CMS) and website updates
Support content development and maintenance of our social media presence
Oversee award submissions and design competition program
Manage Lippincott’s marketing calendar and marketing budget
Serve as a liaison between client teams, knowledge management and marketing in gathering assets and tracking case work
Ensure high quality for all our work, including writing, designing, and editing internal and external communications across channels
Assist in the coordination of Lippincott-hosted conferences and client events
Research prospective clients, competitors, key companies, and their respective business and branding challenges to inform our strategy
Who you are:
Knowledgeable, skilled and driven
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Liberal Arts, Marketing/Communications or Business Administration
3-5 years of professional experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
A desire to stay organized, achieve goals, take action and get results
High degree of fluency in social media platforms, and familiarity/comfort with AI tools and other tech and design platforms
A creative professional with an eye for good writing and design, and proven ability to create on-brand materials

The applicable base pay for this role is $80,000 - 100,000.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position will be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
