Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced LLM / GenAI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise Generative AI solutions using Databricks Genie, large language models (LLMs), and modern AI frameworks. This role focuses on training and optimizing AI models, building scalable LLM architectures and orchestration frameworks, and enabling intelligent AI-powered workflows using structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, APIs, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, RAG architectures, and production-ready AI deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and optimize enterprise GenAI and LLM solutions using Databricks Genie
Build scalable frameworks and architectures for LLM applications
Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and semantic search solutions
Develop APIs and AI services to expose LLM capabilities across enterprise applications
Design and support MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations to enable AI agents and intelligent workflows
Integrate structured and unstructured data into AI solutions
Fine-tune, evaluate, and monitor LLM models for enterprise use cases
Develop prompt engineering strategies and AI orchestration workflows
Collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to operationalize AI capabilities
Implement AI governance, observability, security, and monitoring best practices
Support deployment and scaling of AI applications in cloud environments
Research and evaluate emerging GenAI technologies and frameworks
Experience Required:
3+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, Software Engineering, or related roles
Strong hands-on experience with Python and enterprise AI application development
Experience working with Databricks Genie, LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.), and Generative AI technologies
Experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
Experience with prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search solutions
Experience building APIs, AI microservices, and enterprise AI integrations
Familiarity with MCP frameworks and AI agent communication architectures
Experience deploying and monitoring scalable AI/LLM solutions in cloud environments
Experience with AI governance, observability, model evaluation, and security best practices
Familiarity with MLflow, MLOps, and modern AI deployment practices
Experience integrating structured and unstructured data into AI workflows
