About the role
We are looking for a Junior Associate / Associate to join our Digital team and help clients solve complex business problems through technology, data, analytics, and digital transformation. In this role, you will work closely with project teams and clients to structure problems, conduct analysis, develop practical recommendations, and support the delivery of measurable impact.
As you grow in the role, you will take increasing ownership of workstreams, build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues, and contribute to the development of junior team members. You will be expected to combine strong analytical problem-solving with clear communication, curiosity, and a passion for digital innovation.
Key responsibilities
Support the delivery of digital transformation, technology, analytics, automation, AI, customer experience, operating model, or platform-related engagements.
Own and drive discrete modules of work, tracking progress against project goals and client impact objectives.
Structure ambiguous business and technology problems into clear hypotheses, analyses, and recommendations.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, including market research, benchmarking, data interpretation, process assessment, and stakeholder interviews.
Translate analytical findings into compelling messages, client-ready materials, and practical implementation recommendations.
Work with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for digital enablement and business impact.
Contribute to workshops, client discussions, and working sessions with clear, confident, and audience-appropriate communication.
Build trusted relationships with client counterparts and internal stakeholders.
Managing junior team members and contributing to the overall quality and delivery of project outputs
Contributing to internal knowledge development, thought leadership, and practice-building initiatives within the Digital and CTT Practice
What we are looking for
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

Background in digital, technology, data, AI, analytics, customer experience, transformation, or innovation topics.
Ability to manage work independently with limited oversight while escalating issues appropriately.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to craft clear messages and adapt style to different audiences.
Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative, and client-facing environments.
Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly build credibility in unfamiliar subject areas.
Strong project execution skills, including attention to detail, ownership, and follow-through.
Ability to build genuine relationships with colleagues and clients.
Commitment to team development, feedback, and inclusive ways of working.
A proactive mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for impact beyond the immediate project scope.
Preferred experience and educational background
Prior experience in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, data analytics, product, implementation, financial services, insurance, or another relevant industry.
Experience working with data, digital tools, technology platforms, automation, AI, agile delivery, digital transformation, or technology-enabled implementation initiatives is strongly preferred.
Exposure to client-facing work, stakeholder management, or cross-functional project delivery.
Strong consulting toolkit capabilities, including advanced PowerPoint development and Excel-based analytical modeling
Excellent structured problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear recommendations and actionable outputs
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams in fast-paced delivery environments
Strong interpersonal and client management skills, with comfort engaging senior executives and leadership teams
Experience working on AI, machine learning, advanced analytics,
Fluency in Arabic and English is required; Arabic language capabilities are strongly required
Eligibility and flexibility to work in Qatar
Undergraduate and/or advanced degree from a top-tier academic institution
Willingness to travel on a weekly basis
What success looks like
A successful Junior Associate / Associate in the Digital team will be able to take ownership of meaningful project work, navigate both analytical and team dynamics, communicate effectively with mid-to-senior stakeholders, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Over time, you will develop a recognized area of expertise, deepen client relationships, and play an active role in building the Digital team’s capabilities and culture.
