  • THE ROLE

As a Senior Consultant or Associate, you will work alongside colleagues and clients across the Americas, although there is global reach, to solve complex business problems and drive meaningful change. Senior Consultants and Associates will typically work across industries, but can have the opportunity to narrow specialization over the course of their career.

You will conduct research, analyze data, structure complex problems, develop recommendations, and support clients in implementing solutions that create lasting impact. Depending on your experience level, you may lead workstreams, manage team members, and contribute to client relationship development.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Conducting research, interviews, and quantitative analysis
  • Structuring complex business problems and developing analytical approaches
  • Synthesizing findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Developing client-ready presentations and communications
  • Supporting project delivery and implementation activities
  • Collaborating closely with clients and project teams
  • Contributing to practice development and knowledge-building initiatives

SENIOR CONSULTANT EXPECTATIONS

Senior Consultants are responsible for leading significant components of client engagements and delivering high-impact analyses and recommendations.

They are expected to provide leadership to both clients and project teams, manage complex analytical work, and help drive successful project outcomes.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Solving complex business challenges facing leading organizations
  • Structuring and leading research and analytical efforts
  • Leading quantitative, strategic, operational, and financial analyses
  • Synthesizing insights into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders
  • Managing workstreams and mentoring junior team members
  • Contributing to client relationship development and business growth
  • Demonstrating leadership and sound professional judgment

Typical qualifications include:

  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Demonstrated project and workstream leadership
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in team-based environments
  • ASSOCIATE EXPECTATIONS

Associates play a critical role in driving project delivery and developing client solutions. They break down complex problems into manageable workstreams, identify key issues, and execute analyses that inform recommendations.

Associates work directly with clients and project teams, taking ownership of significant portions of project work while managing small teams and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate. They are expected to develop expertise in their chosen area and contribute valuable insights that help shape client outcomes.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Manage the execution of individual project workstreams or projects. This typically includes project / workstream planning and coordination; developing hypotheses; managing data collection, model creation and analyses; conducting primary and secondary research; creatively tackling information limitations; and surfacing insights
  • Manage and develop junior consultants on individual project workstreams

Typical qualifications include:

  • 4–6 years of relevant professional experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience managing workstreams and delivering high-quality outputs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $195,000 USD.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
