The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead colleague communications and engagement across our Europe Region, connecting more than 2,800 colleagues across 11 countries. You'll partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into compelling stories, strengthen our culture, and help bring our brand to life internally.
This is a high-impact role with visibility across regional and global leadership, offering the opportunity to influence how our people connect with our strategy, culture and future.

What you'll be doing
You'll lead and deliver internal communications that help colleagues understand where we're going, why it matters, and how they contribute.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing strategic communications for Europe Region leadership, including presentations, leadership messaging, videos and events
Delivering engaging campaigns that strengthen culture, collaboration and employee engagement
Partnering across Marketing, HR, Events, Creative Services and senior business leaders to deliver integrated communications
Bringing Oliver Wyman's brand, people and client impact to life through compelling storytelling
Using AI thoughtfully to improve content creation, planning and measurement while maintaining strong editorial judgement
Measuring communication effectiveness and continuously improving channels and campaigns
Supporting communications during sensitive or fast-moving business situations, including crisis communications where required
What your first 6–12 months will look like
In your first year you'll establish yourself as a trusted communications partner by:
Building relationships with leaders and key stakeholders across Europe
Reviewing existing communications channels, content and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement
Helping strengthen Oliver Wyman's internal brand and culture through impactful storytelling and campaigns
Supporting the rollout of our AI marketing strategy through internal communications, stakeholder engagement and change communications
Creating a more connected, informed and engaged colleague experience across the region
Who we're looking for
You'll be an experienced communications professional who enjoys simplifying complexity and influencing senior stakeholders.
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years' experience in internal communications, corporate communications, marketing or journalism
You’ll have experience in developing communications for senior leaders in a complex, fast-paced organisation
You’ll possess exceptional writing, storytelling and stakeholder management skills, as well as the ability to translate business strategy into clear, engaging communications
Experience in using digital communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Viva Engage and multimedia channels) is essential
Practical knowledge of AI tools and how they can be applied responsibly to communications is required
A collaborative mindset and a passion for creating meaningful employee experiences is essential
Experience within management consulting or professional services would be advantageous.
