The Role
As a Senior Technology Advisor, you will advise clients on complex technology and transformation initiatives. Acting as a trusted advisor at the intersection of business and technology, you will translate strategic priorities into scalable, pragmatic technology solutions that create measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading complex technology transformation programmes from strategy and design through implementation.
Translating technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior business and executive stakeholders.
Designing solution and enterprise architectures that support long-term business objectives.
Advising clients on cloud, AI, platform, and DevOps strategies.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders across business and technology functions in large, complex organisations.
Candidate Profile
7–10 years of experience in technology consulting, IT architecture, or large-scale technology transformation.
Deep expertise in modern technology landscapes, particularly AI, cloud, enterprise architecture, and DevOps.
Experience as a Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable advisory role.
Demonstrated success delivering complex transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of large organisational environments and the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technology topics to non-technical audiences.
Business-fluent German is essential; excellent written and spoken English is required.
Experience in Banking & Financial Services, Insurance, or Energy is highly desirable.
Willingness to travel extensively across Germany and Europe.
You combine strategic thinking with strong technical depth and are equally comfortable engaging with executive business leaders and technology specialists. You maintain a clear focus on delivering tangible business outcomes through technology-enabled transformation.
