About the Role:
Quotient Inside is Oliver Wyman’s firmwide AI transformation programme, focused on embedding AI-enabled tools and ways of working across the firm. An ideal candidate has experience as a Technology Project Manager, Business Relationship Manager, Product Operations lead, vendor manager, or transformation PM who is comfortable working with product and technology teams and can turn complexity into clear next steps.
Why Join Us:
This role offers the opportunity to work at the centre of Oliver Wyman’s AI transformation, close to product, activation, technology, and governance conversations. You will help bring structure to a fast-moving AI vendor landscape and make sure internal teams understand what AI vendor changes mean for the firm in practice.
Meet the Team:
You will join the Quotient Inside PMO, the central team supporting programme governance, delivery discipline, reporting, and coordination across Oliver Wyman’s enterprise AI programme. The team works closely with product strategy, activation, communications, technology, risk, legal, procurement, regional teams, and senior leadership.
How this Role Will Contribute to Team Success
Coordinate the full AI vendor lifecycle, including evaluation, onboarding, launch readiness, ongoing operations, expansion, renewal, migration, and retirement, ensuring business, technical, governance, and colleague impacts are managed throughout.
Create a clear operating rhythm for strategic AI vendor relationships, ensuring actions, risks, decisions, and follow-ups are visible and managed.
Partner closely with product strategy teams to understand which AI vendor capabilities, roadmap updates, or constraints may affect priorities, pilots, or rollout decisions.
Help activation teams translate AI vendor and product changes into practical implications for user communications, training, adoption planning, and feedback loops.
Support the team’s management with concise, decision-ready updates on AI vendor-related risks, dependencies, open questions, and escalation needs.
Your Day-to-Day:
Manage regular AI vendor meetings, agendas, notes, action trackers, decision logs, and follow-ups.
Track AI vendor roadmaps, releases, service updates, issues, and upcoming changes.
Summarize AI vendor and product updates for product teams, activation, PMO, technology, risk, legal, procurement, and leadership audiences.
Coordinate internal inputs where AI vendor decisions require review, alignment, or escalation.
Maintain documentation and improve ways of working for AI vendor governance and knowledge sharing.
Prepare vendor performance inputs, QBR materials, renewal-readiness summaries, and concise leadership updates on value, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions.
Plan and coordinate vendor capability retirements, ensuring clear communications, migration planning, documentation updates, and stakeholder alignment across Product, Technology, Activation, and Governance.
Skills & What You Bring to the Team:
6–9+ years of experience in technology project management, business relationship management, vendor management, product operations, programme management, digital transformation, AI enablement, or a related field.
Comfort partnering with product teams and working across business, AI vendor, and technology stakeholders to translate between perspectives.
Strong AI vendor relationship management skills, with the ability to keep conversations structured, actions visible, and issues moving toward resolution.
Ability to synthesize product and operational updates into clear implications, trade-offs, and next steps.
Strong cross-team communication, stakeholder management, judgement, escalation, and follow-through skills.
Fluency in business English and strong proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, collaboration platforms, and modern productivity tools.
Commercial awareness and lifecycle coordination skills, including comfort tracking vendor commitments, performance indicators, renewal considerations, and value realization opportunities.
