What You Get to Do:

1. Achieve FY24 Business plan for PO Collection

  • 100 percent BP for Hardware and Services.

2. Net New Business

  • Focus on net new client acquisition by actively engaging face to face with potential clients and partners on a monthly basis.
  • Develop, communicate, and execute growth strategy for targeted strategic accounts.
  • Document all business activity in Salesforce.

3. Effectively Manage Region or Territory

  • Develop and maintain reseller and partner relationships in assigned region.
  • Execute plan to ensure TOUGHBOOK products are represented at all relevant events through direct attendance, reseller, and, or partner support.
  • Submit compliant and timely expense reports, and all other weekly administrative requirements including SF updates for forecast accuracy and real time opportunity updates as well as attendance to companywide conference calls).
  • Manage SSL pool effectively and efficiently.

4. Sales Administration Management

  • Expectation is that each TAM will successfully manage their daily and weekly administration requirements. These administration requirements include daily SF management, attendance at weekly team meetings, attendance to companywide conference calls, timely completion of expense reports, and on time delivery of assignments to their NSM.

What You'll Bring

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing or a related discipline.
  • Fully qualified sales account manager. 2 to 5 years sales experience in similar industry.
  • Has working knowledge of electronic products and services.
  • Understands company cultures and networks for resolving a variety of issues that are aligned with Panasonic’s Basic Business Principles.
  • Ability to articulate product portfolios and their connectivity for a solution.

  • Informs others of changes, ideas, and outcomes.

  • Ability to present to large groups and create presentation content
  • Experience working with executive c level customer contacts.
  • Resource Manager - Understands and uses informal structures. Ability to build eco system and collaborates with internal and external resources to accomplish company goals.
  • Strategic Thinking - Takes a systematic approach to solve problems by understanding the end to end value. Accurately determines the length and difficulty of tasks and projects. Sets clear, realistic, and time bound objectives and goals that align with long term business growth. Breaks down work into the process steps. Sets priorities and time parameters to accomplish tasks and projects.
  • Execute with Passion - Ability to complete tasks required to represent the company in professional manner. Self directed and takes initiative without direction.
  • Leadership - Ability to work cooperatively with others, interpersonal relations and communication skills, ability to work effectively with a wide range of individuals and possess leadership skills. Makes decisions independently and works independently.

Other Requirements:

  • Travel is required 75 percent
