What You'll Get To Do: The IT Project Manager is in charge of schedules budgets resources and deliverables for IT projects. Monitors teams to make sure goals and objectives are being met stays alert for risks resolves issues as they arise and maintains standards of project quality.

Business Relationship

  • Foster partnership with customers stakeholders sponsors
  • Coordinate resource needs and availability between vendors sponsors and IT
  • Communicate transparently and frequently on issues and status of project with sponsor and IT management

IT Project Management

  • Create and manage project plans
  • Define project schedules allocate resources and monitor progress
  • Align project objectives with company goals and make sure project team is clear on objectives
  • Lead process of issue identification and resolution
  • Manage risk tracking process
  • Monitor and manage scope
  • Manage all documentation
  • Work multiple projects simultaneously

IT Governance

  • Ensure that all PISCA governance compliance security and change control needs are met.
  • Provide weekly reports to PISCA and Sponsor management highlighting issues and escalations needed.

What You'll Bring:

Basic Qualifications

  • Budget employees direct and indirect and other resources managed.
  • No direct supervisory responsibilities
  • Manage projects and staff related to specific project assignments
  • Manage financial budgets related to IT solution design
  • Work and resource plans
  • Ensure compliance with all IT policies and procedures

Education and Experience

  • Degree required or preferred
  • Five years of IT experience with a focus on IT solutions preferably cloud based technologies
  • Minimum of Five years project management experience implementing IT
  • Solutions and supporting ERP integrations
  • Experience in a broad scope of IT technologies including cloud based
  • solutions specifically SAP S FourHANA Cloud
  • Project Management Professional PMP certification or equivalent experience required
  • Agile certification PMI ACP or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with Service Now Project Portfolio Management preferred
