Position Summary
We are proud to announce the establishment of a state-of-the-art Li-ion battery factory, set amidst the beautiful Kansas City Metro. This groundbreaking green-field factory will serve as a pioneering hub for innovation in sustainable energy solutions.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of Olathe, Kansas.
Essential Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic financial and operational goals.
- Evaluate feasibility and recommend priority of interdepartmental business process improvements as self-identified or proposed by others.
- Serves as project manager or backup for assigned projects. Manages agendas or minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with Panasonic business leaders to ensure Panasonic objectives are maintained.
- Budget control – assess project needs, negotiate with customer, research cost-effective methods.
- Leverage creativity and project leadership to advance the business.
- Other job may be assigned by leadership.

Qualifications
What You'll Bring:
Education
- Required: Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or similar
Essential Qualifications
- Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Must be confident providing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience.
- Advanced project management experience, including multiple stakeholders and dedicated budgets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for -specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment.
- 3+ years of directly related experience in Project Management, Accounting and or Finance
- Ability to cooperate and work with diverse teams including those overseas in Japan.
- Must have exceptional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 – 7 years of working experience in managing client accounts.
- Ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly at a whiteboard.
- Ability to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
- Candidate will be located in Olathe Kansas in office.
