Position Summary

We are proud to announce the establishment of a state-of-the-art Li-ion battery factory, set amidst the beautiful Kansas City Metro. This groundbreaking green-field factory will serve as a pioneering hub for innovation in sustainable energy solutions.

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join us as full-time, on-site team members at our new, state-of-the-art factory located in the thriving city of Olathe, Kansas.

Essential Duties

• Assist in the development and execution of strategic financial and operational goals.
• Evaluate feasibility and recommend priority of interdepartmental business process improvements as self-identified or proposed by others.
• Serves as project manager or backup for assigned projects. Manages agendas or minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with Panasonic business leaders to ensure Panasonic objectives are maintained.
• Budget control – assess project needs, negotiate with customer, research cost-effective methods.
• Leverage creativity and project leadership to advance the business.
• Other job may be assigned by leadership.

What You'll Bring:

Education

• Required: Bachelors degree in business, engineering, or similar

Essential Qualifications

• Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must be confident providing knowledge to a highly skilled and experienced audience.
• Advanced project management experience, including multiple stakeholders and dedicated budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word and have the ability to use the computer to complete online learning requirements for -specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment.
• 3+ years of directly related experience in Project Management, Accounting and or Finance
• Ability to cooperate and work with diverse teams including those overseas in Japan.
• Must have exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5 – 7 years of working experience in managing client accounts.
• Ability to quickly communicate complex ideas around a technical topic, ideally on the fly at a whiteboard.
• Ability to travel for business both domestically and internationally.
• Candidate will be located in Olathe Kansas in office.

• Project Management Professional PMP
