What You'll Get To Do:

We’re looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing digital campaigns across Google Ads, paid social channels, programmatic advertising, and SEO. You will support various business units within Panasonic in driving brand awareness, demand generation, and lead generation to support business growth. The ideal candidate is organized, has a strong analytical mindset, and has hands-on experience with advertising channels.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, etc.), Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic advertising, and other paid channels.
  • SEO & SEM: Develop and execute strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic growth while managing paid search campaigns (PPC).
  • Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, HubSpot, and other reporting tools, providing insights and optimizing campaign strategies.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Identify and execute opportunities to improve conversion rates throughout the marketing funnel.
  • A/B Testing: Implement A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, messaging, and audiences to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI and meet lead generation goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and marketing operations teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.

  • Reports to Senior Manager, Digital Marketing and Demand Generation

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on SEM and paid social
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, specifically Search, Display, YouTube, and Demand Gen
  • Strong understanding of paid social advertising including Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other advertising platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Experience in any of the following is a plus: lead generation, programmatic advertising, Google Tag Manager, email marketing, or marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent organization, project tracking, and communication skills

The wage range of $93,000 - $100,000 is just one component of Panasonic’s total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. *The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
