Responsibilities
What You'll Get To Do:
Panasonic Eco Systems of North America (PESNA) is currently seeking an ambitious, responsible and well-studied Digital Content Marketing Intern to support the functions of the marketing team. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for engaging content creation, digital marketing and website analytics in today’s AI-powered digital marketing world. This candidate will gain experience in content marketing and digital marketing by assisting in the planning, execution and analysis of digital content marketing campaigns through various channels and supporting the team’s content marketing initiative with various projects.
Content creation
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital marketing initiatives and channels, including blog articles, email marketing, social media, and website content.
- Collaborate with the content marketing manager and other members of the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of content.
- Assist in content creation and digital marketing tasks, with opportunities to apply basic AI tools under the guidance of the Content Marketing Manager
- Conduct research to gather information and data for use in content ideation and creation and search relevance.
Search Engine Optimization
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine visibility and drive organic website traffic.
- Perform and document website analysis to ensure content is optimized.
- Research keywords and link-building opportunities.
- Optimize content by adding relevant keywords to pages.
Content Marketing Support and Skill Development
- Stay current with industry trends in digital and content marketing best practices, incorporating new ideas and strategies into content/advertising campaigns and initiatives.
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Program Requirement(s):
- Must be currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree throughout the entirety of the internship.
- Must be able to work the entirety of the summer program which runs from May 19, 2025 - August 8, 2025
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters in Marketing or Management.
- Familiarity/knowledge of digital marketing, website content systems, personas, Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Competencies
- Creative, self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of how to engage audiences through different content formats.
- Ability to generate fresh and innovative content ideas, both in engaging copy and related visual/design aspects.
- Familiarity with SEO concepts and tools (such as Semrush or MOZ) is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and problem-solving mentality.
- Excellent organizational and writing skills.
Communications
- Strong written and oral communication skills, and organizational skills are desired.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Influencing: Use impactful engagement and persuasion tactics to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions that support specific work outcomes.

Hourly Range: $17-$38
The minimum hourly wage for this role will be the greater of the posted range, or minimum wage for the location where the employee will be working, subject to local minimum wage requirements.
