Are you ready to lead electrical innovation in industrial refrigeration systems? As a Lead Electrical Design Engineer on our Non-Traditional Requests (NTR) Team, you’ll be the driving force behind custom-engineered solutions that power everything from chillers to heat pumps. 🛠️⚡
In this dynamic role, you'll design and document the full electrical architecture—think schematics, wiring diagrams, I/O configurations, sequence of operations, and component layouts. You’ll take ownership of your projects from concept to field startup, collaborating closely with customers, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to bring complex systems to life.
What makes this role stand out? You won’t just design—you’ll lead. You’ll assume full technical responsibility for industrial projects and serve as the go-to expert for all things electrical. If you're a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in cross-functional environments and loves taking ideas from sketch to switch-on, this is your next big move.
