Panasonic Project & Display Americas (PPNDA) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support Representative (SSR) to join our Visual Systems Channel team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in B2B technology sales and a passion for supporting sales operations. The SSR will play a critical role in assisting Territory Account Managers (TAMs) across the US and Canada, helping drive revenue growth through efficient administrative and sales support.
Responsibilities
What you will get to do:
- Provide comprehensive sales and administrative support to sales personnel, resellers, and distributors.
- Assist with deal registrations, partner portal support, event coordination, pricing, and pipeline management.
- Support reseller and distribution programs, including inventory status and order tracking.
- Deliver timely updates on order tracking, product specifications, RMA status, and other sales-related inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, supply chain) to resolve issues and provide quick responses.
- Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities and sales reports.
- Manage the sample/loan pool, including ordering, tracking, and returns.
- Create and update sales price lists (SPLs) for the sales team.
- Participate in sales meetings and conference calls, providing accurate forecasts and reports.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; inside sales experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce proficiency is required.

Additional Information:
- This role may be based in the Newark HQ office or remote.
- Occasional travel may be required (less than 10%).

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
