The Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for planning, developing, and executing content strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales enablement within the Professional AV, Broadcast, and Media Production industries. This role requires strong content creation and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex technologies and workflows into customer- friendly messaging.

Responsibilities
The Marketing Content Specialist collaborates with product managers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver high quality marketing content and campaigns. Primarily for Panasonic’s portfolio of Video and Audio Solutions:
- Video Solutions (cameras, switchers, production systems)
- Audio Solutions (microphones, audio systems, related equipment)
- Integrated Software
Content Development
- Produce a wide range of content, including case studies, white papers, technical briefs, product brochures, blog posts, email campaigns, and social media copy.
- Manage all aspects of video content production from script creations, to content shooting and editing.
- Develop an editorial calendar aligned with product launches, events, and campaigns.
- Ensure brand consistency and alignment with lead generation objectives.
Campaign Management
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, and sales teams to translate technical AV concepts into accessible, benefit-driven messaging
- Support demand generation programs, webinars, and trade show activities (e.g., NAB, Infocomm and local trade shows).
- Manage content distribution across digital platforms and partner channels.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and provide actionable insights.
- Apply SEO/SEM best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with agencies, freelancers, and internal stakeholders to deliver content.
- Partner with demand generation and digital teams to create content that supports lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Support employee advocacy and partner marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to translate messaging into actionable scripts and production-ready content.
Qualifications
Scope
- Lead content marketing programs for Panasonic’s Professional AV, Broadcast, and Media Production business.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B content marketing experience, preferably in AV, broadcast, or media production industries.
Key Competencies
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to translate technical concepts into customer centric messaging.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at cross-functional collaboration.
Other Requirements
- Familiarity with Professional AV, broadcast workflows, or media production technologies preferred.
- Experience creating content for trade shows, events, or webinars is a plus.
- Travel required (20–25%).

The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.
