We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply and Demand Planner to join our team. This role is responsible for executing demand planning, inventory management, and allocation processes for a variety of Business-to-Business products and solutions. You will work closely with Panasonic factories and third-party suppliers to secure supply, collaborate with other planners to determine allocation priorities, and develop supply plans, allocation strategies, and reliable ETA dates for customer orders and inquiries.

Responsibilities
Supply and Demand Planning and Allocation
- Work with Panasonic factories and third-party suppliers to determine availability and place purchase orders
- Consistently communicate with Panasonic factories and third-party suppliers to track changes in supply, required order splits, and improvements or degradations to existing ETA dates
- Track KPIs for on-time delivery, factory performance to commitment, and third-party vendor performance
- Collaborate with other planners to obtain expedite requirements for specific demands
- Work with factories and third-party suppliers to accommodate expedite requests
- Partner with the Order Management Team to implement allocation plans and update or revise allocations as needed
- Support distributors with order ETAs, managing aged inventory, and stock returns
Process Improvement Initiatives
- Establish new allocation planning logic and processes and incorporate them within product categories
- Explore functionality within current planning systems and identify new ways to improve operations
- Analyze processes and identify manual tasks that can be automated; develop and implement automation plans to improve overall process efficiency and reduce internal costs
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree required in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Three or more years of supply chain experience required, or equivalent university coursework
- Experience working with advanced planning tools (such as Blue Yonder, Anaplan, or similar) required, or equivalent coursework
- APICS CSCP Certification preferred
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA preferred
- Previous supply chain systems implementation experience a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Ability to collaborate with Product and Category owners to prioritize demands and allocate properly
- Ability to work with other planners to gather information on demand priorities
- Ability to partner with the Order Management Team to ensure proper implementation of allocation plans
- Ability to communicate ETAs and constraints to salespeople effectively
Communication Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to respond to and redirect emails from various stakeholders in a timely and courteous manner
- Ability to collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, Product Management, Channel Management, and Finance to resolve issues
- Strong ability to communicate regularly with Planners, Sales, Product Management, and Category Owners

- Willingness to learn and evaluate new systems related to supply chain management for process and data quality improvements

This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives. Salary Range
$70,000 - $80,000 Plus Bonus REQ-153780
