Provides judicious review and disposition on Hussmann labor claims and part orders. Provide customer service and support on systems, processes, and claims.
Responsibilities
- Gains and maintains knowledge of Hussmann product lines, components, and functions; as well as all systems and all ERPs to support role of processing claims and parts orders.
Provide timely and accurate labor claims and part orders review complying with all Hussmann Warranty Policy guidelines.
Provide timely, professional, courteous customer service to both internal and external customers- phone, email, chat, in person, etc.
Suggest changes/upgrades/improvements to the warranty processing system to improve productivity and quality of data supplied to the stakeholders for warranty cost reductions and continuous improvement activities.
Must actively demonstrate and promote the Hussmann Behaviors for Success
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma required.
2-5+ years related product experience; technical preferred but not required (plant, field service, branch service, etc). Manufacturing experience and principles of refrigeration a plus
Also requires computer proficiency and strong writing skills and analysis competency. Extreme attention to detail and consistency a must.
Effectively communicate with all levels of Hussmann management and external associates, in both written and verbal forms. Mobility within work facilities including manufacturing sites. Ability to travel independently. Travel requirements will vary with work assignments and business needs.
