Resumen

The Human Resources Intern will support the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment and selection activities to ensure timely and effective hiring processes. This role provides hands-on experience in sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and administrative HR support. The intern will work closely with HR and hiring managers to help attract and select qualified candidates aligned with business needs.
Responsabilidades

Key Responsibilities

• Support the full-cycle recruitment process for operational and administrative positions.
• Assist in posting job openings on internal and external job boards (e.g., local job portals and social media).
• Source candidates through databases, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist with pre-employment processes such as documentation, background checks, and onboarding preparation.
• Support recruitment events, job fairs, and internal hiring campaigns.
• Update recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, coverage days, etc.).
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment procedures.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to manage confidential information.
• Intermediate English level (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Availability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
