As a Senior Campus Recruiter within PNC's Recruiting Solutions & Outreach organization, you will support the Campus Recruiting efforts for Finance & Accounting and Human Resources.

Location preference is Pittsburgh, PA, but other locations that may be considered are Cleveland, OH; Atlanta, GA; East Brunswick, NJ; or Raleigh, NC.

Travel is a requirement for this role and travel can be expected up to 30% of the time with travel picking up during the peak recruiting season in the fall. Travel time could change based on location.

Job Description

• Executes all activities for the entire recruiting cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc. for applicants in intern and early career development programs for multiple lines of business. Manages University relationships and provides planning and oversight to large scale recruiting events and aligned coordinators.
• Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities and recruiting strategy enhancements. Performing analysis, projections and preparation of management reports with trends, improvements and areas of opportunity.
• Independently influence and manage senior stakeholder relationships, proactively solves problems with limited management oversight.
• Leading the development of recruiting strategies and counseling hiring managers on practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.
