As a Line of Business Risk Specialist Sr, within PNC’s Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Birmingham, AL, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.

Preferred Skills Include:
Candidates with an advanced technology risk and RCSA background along with relationship management skills will be successful in this role. Additional responsibilities include:

• Manage a portfolio of Risk control Self Assessments (RCSA) and open issues requiring remediation
• Communicating/Reporting risk updates to internal teams and ensuring appropriate transparency with leadership
• Data Analysis including risk and control analysis and remediation strategies
• Preparing and reporting on risks and controls, issues, RAU sign-offs, cost center to RAU mapping, and RCSA exception monitoring and reporting (controls, RAUs, and drivers), PRCs
• Support Technology business partners with all risk activities as well as ad-hoc initiatives such as Archer changes, RCSA trainings/access, 2LOD challenges, exceptions, etc.
• Work with all lines of defense to ensure RCSA and issue compliance
• eGRC Archer experience is a plus
• Knowledge of URSIT is a plus
• Experience in; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau and SharePoint preferred

Job Description

• Executes the Line of Business Risk Management program, identifying opportunities for enhancement where applicable. Enables line of business adherence with risk management programs.
• Participates in the design and development of the risk management program to meet business and regulatory expectations. Leads in the design and development of specific risk management program components.
• Executes the risk management programs within or across the lines of business (e.g. - business self-assessment and quality reviews). May lead cross functional teams.
• Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Credit, Legal, Audit).
• Leads or influences risk initiatives and business as usual activities. Identifies risk, assesses impact and makes recommendations on resolution. Reports and escalates risk and program compliance as appropriate.
