Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion. Specific Job Requirements to Include:
· Creative strategy oversight
o Write creative briefs across channels, lifecycle stage and product
o Work with agency and internal creative partners to develop on-brand, and on-strategy creatives, applying marketing best practices
o Review of creative assets and oversee internal routings
o Communicate progress and risks to key stakeholders and gain alignment on vision and tactical strategies
· Developing integrated learning agendas and testing strategies
· Cross-functional collaboration, including Business Partners, Brand, creative agencies, PR, Legal & Compliance, and digital channel owners
· Development and implementation of strategic and integrated, multi-channel marketing agendas, based on business objectives, customer insights, competitive landscape assessments, in-market performance, with an expectation of ongoing optimization to maximize business impact.
· Effective storytelling; ability to influence others to align with proposed our growth strategy, economic optimization, and acquisition levers through written and verbal communication

Job Description
· Team leadership role to enable best-in-class creatives, serving as a mentor to other team members.
· Stand up formalized marketing playbooks for card launches and marketing of existing products
· Oversee claims development, product positioning, and multi-channel campaign concepts
· Develop master briefs for strategic alignment across cross-functional teams (Business Partners, Brand, creative agencies, PR, Legal & Compliance, and digital channel owners)
· Oversee development of creatives across Card marketing team to ensure aligned to brand and channel best practices, as well as cohesive customer experience.
· Build and socialize a clear creative vision for PNC's credit card marketing programs based on competitive insights, deep awareness of the PNC brand, and PNC's business objectives. This vision will be applied to net-new creatives and used to optimize existing creatives as well.
· Design and implement in-market testing agendas, aligned to business goals, as well as oversee application of learnings across Card marketing team
o Develop strategic testing roadmap to constantly learn while also optimizing response across products, channels, and creative campaigns.
o Oversee customer research to ensure solutions are designed with customer needs in mind
o Share actionable insights with key business partners and senior management
o Formalize process to ensure learnings are shared and applied broadly across Card Marketing team
Qualifications
Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role. Listed below are skills, competencies, work experience, education, and required certifications/licensures needed to be successful in this position.
· 5+ years of experience in building integrated marketing campaigns, ideally within consumer credit card space
· 5+ years of experience working in a variety of marketing channels (social, programmatic digital, OOH, OLV)
· 5+ years of experience leading creative development and/or production processes; experience leading relationships with internal and external agency partners.
· Demonstrated track record in designing customer-centric marketing plans.
· Strong analytical background and comfort with data measurement plans and financial storytelling; ability to identify and pivot strategies on data-based insights.
Job Description
- Supports the development and leads the execution of integrated, multi-channel strategic marketing plans for one or more products/initiatives/channels. Formulates plans that acquire, grow, and retain customers in support of the product life cycle and line of business goals and objectives.
- Supports the development and prioritization of business and marketing objectives, development of value propositions and target segments leveraging competitive intelligence and insights to drive growth strategies. Contributes to thought leadership and builds consensus among partners. Adapts to and optimizes for a changing business environment.
- Translates desired business outcomes into marketing strategy and executes marketing programs/initiatives that may include advertising, sales content and internal communications. Coordinates and influences complex, multi-functional program teams. Ensures data collected is synthesized and leveraged effectively to provide appropriate business intelligence.
- Influences the budget while ensuring all operating activities are optimized and delivered within the established budget framework.
- Implements and oversees activities including coordination with legal, compliance, finance, risk and other key partners. Leads partnership with agencies, third parties and internal business partners to coordinate development and execution of programs/initiatives.
- Acts as a point of contact with product and digital teams to coordinate strategy and development. Makes decisions to ensure the business programs/initiatives and customer expectations are being met.

Base Salary: $78,000.00 – $124,200.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.Application Window
