This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
This role will be responsible for advancing large strategic initiatives and the ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
• Salesforce experience and/or knowledge and understanding of CRM is a plus
• Salesforce Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) experience is a plus
• Salesforce Admin Certification preferred, but not required.
• Agile experience required
• Exposure to Sales and Servicing functionality on a CRM platform is a plus.
• Experience partnering with Business & IT to solicit requirements and implement business solutions into operations.
• Demonstrates current business analysis methods using agile methodologies and strategies.
• Prior experience preparing requirements, specifications, business processes required.
• Prior experience with relational databases, data migrations & ETL jobs is a plus
• Assist the agile crew Product Owner in defining, estimating, and prioritizing requirements
• Assist building the Product Backlog, writing user stories, completing reviews and retrospectives.
• Designs, prototypes, configures, and tests new or enhanced features on the Salesforce CRM platform
• Demonstrates intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to own your area of responsibility with directional oversight.

- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross-functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements .
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; Enhanced system productivity, as needed .
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results .
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary .

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.Education
