The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team you will provide specialized technical know-how to support complex analytics projects. As a Specialist you will handle intricate tasks and conduct in-depth analyses, securing quality results that drive benefit for our clients. This role offers the chance to work with advanced programming and data analytics tools, enhancing your skills while contributing to impactful projects.

What You Must Have
- High School Diploma
- At least 3 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- Demonstrating knowledge in programming and data analytics tools including Python, R, SAS, with working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel Macros/VBA/JS
- Having proven technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Analyzing complex consulting and compliance efforts
- Visualizing and communicating analytical results effectively
- Improving efficiency with robotic process automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, Pega, UiPath)
- Manipulating and integrating data for analytics and reporting
- Assisting in managing large-scale analytics projects
- Building trusted client relationships and collaborating effectively

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
