As part of the Data and Analytics team you will provide specialized technical know-how to support complex analytics projects. As a Specialist you will handle intricate tasks and conduct in-depth analyses, securing quality results that drive benefit for our clients. What You Must Have

- High School Diploma

- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration preferred

- Demonstrating knowledge in programming and data analytics tools including Python, R, SAS, with working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Excel Macros/VBA/JS

- Having proven technical skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Analyzing complex consulting and compliance efforts

- Visualizing and communicating analytical results effectively

- Improving efficiency with robotic process automation platforms (Automation Anywhere, Pega, UiPath)

- Manipulating and integrating data for analytics and reporting

- Assisting in managing large-scale analytics projects

- Building trusted client relationships and collaborating effectively

The salary range for this position is: $44,200 - $91,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
