Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.   • The Opportunity

    As part of the Operations and Strategy team you will lead the strategic direction and execution of the Industry Program Quarterback initiatives. As a Director you will set the tone for business growth, mentor future leaders, and maintain impactful client relations while overseeing multiple projects that drive success across the organization.

    What You Must Have

    - High School Diploma

    - 8 years of experience in professional services, corporate strategy, industry operations, pharma & life sciences, health services, or a similar business environment

    - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Marketing preferred

    - Demonstrating thought leadership in industry strategy

    - Managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders

    - Excelling in analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    - Developing thought leadership or market insights

    - Understanding professional services go-to-market strategies

    - Staying ahead of industry trends and market signals

    - Overseeing execution of key events for client experiences

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
