The Opportunity
As part of the Data and Analytics team, you will own the applications related to AWS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake etc applications. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain exemplary standards while building meaningful client connections and navigating increasingly complex situations. This role offers the chance to lead a top-performing team of data engineers, drive collaboration with stakeholders, and enhance your technical proficiency in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee applications related to AWS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake etc.
- Analyze intricate issues and provide actionable insights
- Mentor and guide junior team members in technical skills
- Foster collaboration with stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Drive the development and enhancement of stored procedures
- Expand technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment
- Build and maintain sturdy relationships with clients
- Navigate complex scenarios to deliver impactful solutions
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 8 years of experience in data engineering/data warehousing concepts
What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
- Proven experience in managing teams and mentoring
-Proven experience with AWS, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake etc
- Familiarity with Python and BI reporting tools
- Knowledge of data integration workflows and ETL processes
- Understanding of DataOps practices and Agile methodologies
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Domain experience in healthcare
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
