The Opportunity

As a Solution Architect Director, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions within our Integration and Platform Architecture group. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to create and deliver comprehensive architectural solutions that meet client needs. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You will be instrumental in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role, you will work within our Advisory practice, leveraging your skills to translate vision into actionable strategies. You will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network to maximize client satisfaction and scale efficiencies. Your role is crucial in upholding PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering environments where people and technology thrive together. Responsibilities

- Leading the development and implementation of comprehensive solution architectures to support client needs
- Overseeing multiple projects to align with strategic business objectives and client expectations
- Utilizing cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure to enhance system integration and scalability
- Conducting business impact analysis and feasibility studies to inform strategic technology planning
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for innovative solutions
- Driving the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve business processes and outcomes
- Facilitating brainstorming sessions to foster creativity and innovation in solution design
- Managing stakeholder relationships to validate alignment and satisfaction with project deliverables
- Developing technology roadmaps and strategies to support long-term business growth and transformation
- Mentoring and guiding teams in the application of architectural engineering principles and practices

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in engineering and/or solution architecture delivering modern systems to production

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure

- Using GenAI in day-to-day engineering workflow and being able to mentor others to adopt it responsibly
- Utilizing strategic technology planning and innovation processes to drive business growth
- Leading enterprise architecture and system integration projects with a focus on scalability
- Excelling in stakeholder management and executive-level client relations
- Developing and implementing cloud strategies to enhance competitive advantage
- Mentoring teams in solution architecture and technology implementation


The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
