The Opportunity

As an Analyst Relations- Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on operations and strategy. You will support leaders by managing strategic initiatives, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information, all while promoting consistent execution across sectors. Your ability to oversee research and data analysis will be crucial in driving the success of our projects.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and directing teams through challenging situations, contributing to the development of high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

Responsibilities

- Coordinating and managing strategic initiatives and projects to support organizational goals
- Facilitating leadership team meetings and calls to promote consistent execution across sectors
- Overseeing research and data analysis to inform decision-making and anticipate future needs
- Promoting the use of technology and tools for efficient sales and delivery processes
- Handling confidential information and representing leadership perspectives in meetings
- Collaborating across lines of service to enhance knowledge sharing and operational execution
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
- Directing teams through complex situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Initiating coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to drive project success

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master of Arts or a Master's of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management,Data Processing/Analytics/Science,Economics,Analytics
- Demonstrating advanced skills in strategic advising and problem-solving
- Leveraging influence to drive results and operational excellence
- Excelling in crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
