The Opportunity
As a DCM (Kyriba & Workiva) Alliance Driver - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key companies to enhance our client offerings. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will focus on developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility. Your efforts will be instrumental in capturing new business opportunities and promoting the firm's services through innovative market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns.
As a Manager, you will lead teams with a focus on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.
Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
- Building and maintaining relationships with key Alliance executives to identify synergies and opportunities for solution development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve organizational targets
- Leading the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects to deliver quality outcomes
- Analyzing market trends and data to identify opportunities for market penetration and revenue growth
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Utilizing digital marketing and creative campaigns to engage clients and promote the firm's services
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance delivery and client engagement
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in difficult conversations with stakeholders to maintain professional standards
- Upholding the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements while reinforcing professional and technical standards
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience in Partner & Alliance Management, relationship management or related field, with a track record of driving demand generation and driving successful programs

The salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $212,280. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
