The Opportunity
As an AI Quality Assurance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in our Software and Product Innovation team, focusing on implementing quality standards in software development and testing processes. Within our Assurance practice, you will leverage your technical skills and creative thinking to deliver innovative software products and solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and navigate complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear.
In this role, you will identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the broader objectives of your projects and the overall strategy. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while fostering personal growth and technical development.
Responsibilities
- Implementing quality standards in software development and testing processes
- Identifying and resolving software defects to optimize performance and enhance user experience
- Conducting functional, compatibility, and performance testing to validate software reliability
- Designing and managing quality assurance processes and metrics to improve product quality
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and validate seamless software deployment
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing test cases and protocols to support comprehensive software testing
- Managing release quality assurance to maintain software integrity and security
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving client needs and project requirements
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $184,440. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $72,000 - $212,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
