The Opportunity
As a Payer Operations & Transformation Consultant, Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and transformative initiatives. Within our Operations practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that enhance business performance. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating increasingly complex situations to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of client engagements, using your critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to deliver value. You will anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embracing increased ambiguity and using these moments as opportunities to grow. By maintaining professional and technical standards, you will contribute to the delivery of quality work and the firm's overall business strategies. This position offers a dynamic environment where you can expand your knowledge and make a significant impact within the health industries.
Responsibilities
- Leading operational transformation initiatives within the health services sector to enhance client outcomes
- Analyzing complex business data to inform strategic decision-making and operational improvements
- Developing and implementing business performance metrics to track and optimize operational efficiency
- Engaging with stakeholders to understand needs and drive successful project resource management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to support business transformation and operational excellence
- Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Supporting operations strategy development and execution to align with client objectives
- Managing operations processes to improve service delivery and client satisfaction
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
