The Opportunity
As an AWM - Digital Assets Senior Manager, you will assist clients with business transformations by leveraging large-scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, and other business applications. Within our Assurance practice, you will focus on providing independent and objective assessments of financial statements and internal controls, enhancing the credibility and reliability of this information for various stakeholders. You will also evaluate compliance with regulations, assessing governance and risk management processes.
As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, leveraging your skills, professional networks, and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validating outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
In this role at PwC, you will utilize innovative solutions to help clients assess and manage risk and controls during their transformation journey, while educating them on leading practice recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Leading large-scale digital transformation projects, focusing on business process improvement and IT controls
- Utilizing SAP, Oracle, and Workday to assist clients in managing risk and controls during their transformation journey
- Evaluating and enhancing internal controls and governance processes to improve compliance with regulations
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
- Directing teams through complex and uncertain situations, maintaining composure and strategic focus
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address business challenges
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $299,930. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $119,000 - $337,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
