The Opportunity

As a Senior Editor, Global Thought Leadership, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and communicating unique perspectives on industry-specific subjects and overarching themes. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with brand management, marketing, and sales teams to drive strategic initiatives that enhance brand visibility and capture new business opportunities. Your work will involve utilizing market research, digital marketing, and creative campaigns to engage clients and position the firm as a trusted advisor in strategic conversations.

As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams will contribute to the success of our firm. In this role, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will also validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

- Developing and executing strategic thought leadership initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story and position PwC as a trusted advisor
- Utilizing market research and digital marketing strategies to capture new business opportunities and engage clients
- Leading teams in the creation of unique perspectives and insights on industry-specific subjects
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment
- Validating outcomes with stakeholders and acting on feedback to refine strategies and solutions
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Collaborating with editorial teams to validate content quality and alignment with brand standards
- Conducting research and analysis to inform content strategy and optimize market presence

What You Must Have

- At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree
- At least 6 years of experience in sales, marketing or PwC experience

The salary range for this position is: $91,000 - $321,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
