The Opportunity
As a Financial Services Global Structuring - Senior Associate, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.
In this role within our Tax practice, you will leverage your understanding of complex tax regulations to help businesses navigate and optimize their tax positions. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers the opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, allowing you to interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency for multinational businesses
- Providing guidance on structuring global tax positions to minimize risks and enhance compliance
- Collaborating with clients to understand their tax planning needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Preparing and reviewing tax documents to validate accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards
- Engaging with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver quality client support
- Conducting tax research to stay informed on evolving tax legislation and its implications
- Supporting the development of integrated global structuring strategies for financial services clients
- Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
- Mentoring junior team members to foster growth and enhance team capabilities
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment (Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity).

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
