Job Description & Summary

Role Overview:

To provide process analysis and documentation support to the model office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing mobilization content for model office

• Developing content for process workshops

• Supporting process analysis

• Updating process maps

• Documenting new processes

• Developing model office content for project communications

• Developing process related content for training material

• Developing content for SOPs

• Defining user stories and assisting in creation of test data

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in PMO delivery and governance in IT programmes

• Experience managing RAID and reporting

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
