Director, Project Management
R/GA
About R/GA
In our 40-year history, we’ve changed a lot—from a culture-defining film title studio (Superman, Alien, Ghostbusters); to an interactive advertising agency; to an award-winning product and marketing agency with design, technology, communications, ventures and IP practices. We like change, and like to navigate our clients through it too.
Our approach to work is always human first. This unwavering focus helps us create meaningful and memorable experiences that live across digital platforms and often blur the line between the digital and real worlds. We believe disruptive thinking happens when you collide experts in design, technology and culture.
About the Role
As a Director, Program Management at R/GA, you’ll lead high-profile product design and experience programs within the Products & Experience (P&E) Practice—specifically large-scale web, mobile, and design system initiatives. You’ll drive executional strategy, structure, and delivery from kickoff through launch, partnering closely with design, strategy, and technology teams to bring complex digital ecosystems to life and ensure each sprint delivers against client goals and R/GA’s creative standards.
This role is client-facing and delivery-driven, reporting into P&E leadership with oversight from senior business leads. You’ll lead strategy, execution, and operational excellence in agile environments, with cross-client visibility and the flexibility to align your focus across a mix of confirmed and potential new P&E projects. Operating autonomously, you’ll serve as the primary lead on complex engagements, guiding teams and influencing outcomes across disciplines.
As a leader, you’ll set the standard for collaboration, communication, and clarity—building strong partnerships with Manager- and Director-level client counterparts, driving positive outcomes, and identifying opportunities for growth and profitability. You’ll elevate the craft of program management by modeling excellence, mentoring talent, and shaping how we work and what we deliver.
