Creative Director, Art

About R/GA

R/GA is a global digital innovation agency specializing in digital product development, brand transformation, media, and communications for major companies. We are on a mission to help companies grow by enabling them to change, across their business, the experience they offer and the campaigns that take them to market.

Our work tends to be a fusion of what we call Stories and Systems: the narrative and the design, technology and the interface working together. R/GA is a brand but it's also a collective of atypical outsiders and misfits who drive everything we do through bold creativity and bright, strategic thinking.

About the role

R/GA are on the hunt for a future focused creative leader who can deliver world-class work that pushes the boundaries of creativity and craft. You’re fluent in concepting and collaborating, and have mastered the art of visual storytelling across multiple platforms and channels. You’re big on big ideas and comfortable selling your work, design thinking and concepts to clients at all levels. You’re passionate about growing the next generation of creative talent and confidently lead multidisciplinary teams to do the best work of their careers. You’re endlessly curious and inventive. Your concepts and executions are fresh, unexpected, strategic and always on brand.

Our Creative Directors think for themselves, think for others, think for our clients and most importantly, think digitally and visually. Think about how people are interacting with new technology, from mobile devices to AI-powered interfaces and immersive environments, and find new ways for people to experience and shape our brands. You actively use AI as a creative partner — to generate ideas, prototype worlds, visualize concepts with the highest level of craft and push executions further, faster and smarter. Daily requirements can range from high-level thinking like defining visual platforms and campaign ecosystems, to the granular craft behind design systems, motion behaviors and every detail of a digital experience.
