  • Create and execute animations with a high level of technical and creative quality

  • Lead motion projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and consistency

  • Define styleframes, animation systems, and motion guidelines

  • Collaborate closely with creative direction, strategy, and other teams

  • Mentor, review, and provide feedback to junior motion designers

  • Participate in internal presentations and, when needed, client presentations

  • Contribute to the evolution of team processes, tools, and approaches

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in After Effects and production pipelines

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)

  • Experience with interactive or real-time projects

  • Familiarity with LottieFiles

AI Skills (Highly Valued)

We value professionals who are already exploring the use of artificial intelligence as part of their creative and technical process — going beyond basic usage.

Expected:

  • Familiarity with image, video, or asset generation tools (e.g., Runway, Nano Banana, Veo, Kling, etc.)

  • Ability to integrate AI into motion workflows (visual exploration, asset generation, automation, etc.)

  • Curiosity and interest in experimenting with new approaches and emerging technologies

Strong Differentials:

  • Building custom workflows using AI

  • Practical understanding of node-based tools such as ComfyUI or similar systems

  • Integration between traditional motion tools and AI-based pipelines

  • More technical knowledge of models, advanced prompting, or generation control
