Job Description
RESPEC, a nationally recognized engineering consulting company seeks an early career individual to provide project engineering services at our Castroville or San Antonio, Texas, locations. The candidate will be involved with all types of planning, design, and specialty services related to the civil and water resources engineering field.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related engineering field
- Engineer-In-Training Certificate or ability to attain within 6 months
- Practical application of various H&H software, including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and XPSWMM
- Strong passion for a civil engineering career
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in developing and preparing drainage reports, Letters of Map Revision for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and stormwater design
- Experience with civil design and site grading/layout
- Experience with AutoCAD and GIS

Compensation: Salary depends on experience and expertise. Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience. Compensation includes a comprehensive fringe-benefits package.
