We’re currently looking for a Corporate Finance Manager
We are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager to drive financial planning and analyses for Free Cash Flow (FCF) generation and its improvements on multiple dimensions.
Reporting to the Senior Manager based in Belmont CA, this role is within the Corporate Finance organization and will be interacting with multiple organizations (Corporate Finance, GTM Finance, Treasury, and Accounting). This is a fantastic opportunity for a finance professional to provide support for forecasting an increasingly crucial metric i.e., Free Cash Flows along with an exposure to RingCentral’s world class finance organization and management team in Silicon Valley.
Responsibilities:
Analyzing current quarter’s FCF actuals vs. forecast variance
Tracking current quarter’s FCF on a weekly basis in partnership with Treasury and Accounting teams
Forecasting next quarter’s FCF targets
Forecasting next year's FCF targets along with long range planning over 5 years
Gathering detailed insights on factors driving variance for each of the items driving FCF (receivables, payables, commissions etc.)
Automating and improving current processes driving FCF tracking and forecasting
Developing and improving current models used in forecasting each of the items driving FCF
Helping senior management on ad-hoc projects providing strategic data analysis, research, and modeling
Desired Qualifications:
Minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A/investment banking/financial consulting role
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. CPA/CMA or MBA preferred
Experience with financial systems such as Anaplan or NetSuite and Tableau (Preferred but not required)
High proficiency in Excel - building financial and decision support models
Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Self-driven, smart, motivated and assertive
Preferably willing to work on US hours (negotiable)
