We are looking for a Full-stack, community software engineer writing apps using the RingCentral REST APIs and interacting with developer communities, e.g. JavaScript & NodeJS

1 Our purpose is to reduce the learning curve and encourage developers to adopt our products. We want our developers to become part of our ecosystem and to become advocates for our products.
2 To be successful, you will be responsible for creating high quality applications and content. We use our applications and content to educate, enable and empower internal/external engineers/developers to use our technologies in achieving their goals.
3 Participating, and contributing to developer events: Meetups, Conferences, Hackathons, Training Sessions, Developer Bootcamps
4 You believe in the power of the written word and are an effective communicator. You’re realistic, and lead through example.

Responsibilities
1. Write, maintain, publish apps and SDKs on GitHub, language-specific portals and occasionally for RingCentral customers
2. Write example apps and tutorials
3. Use and explain RingCentral APIs
4. Write responses to online questions on developer community and Stack Overflow
5. Self-directed with the ability to recommend, advocate for, and execute on what developers need to be successful

Minimum Qualifications
1.BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
2.5+ years of industry experience in Engineering, Sustaining Engineering or Systems engineering.

3.Good experience with Java, NodeJS, Javascript or any Javascript related frontend technologies.
