At Salesforce, our Product Marketers craft inspirational stories and deliver ground-breaking product demos to people around the world. We develop product messaging and positioning, go-to-market programs, campaigns, events, and sales enablement. Our success is defined by our ability to deliver relevant content that creates trials, sales pipeline, and ultimately, new customers.

We are looking for a creative, motivated product marketer to drive and deliver innovative product marketing to support a cross-functional PMM team. This role will lead cross-product initiatives that span every product and industry including but not limited to messaging and positioning, narrative and presentation development, internal enablement, and website and content updates. This person will lead content and program management for our PMMs for major internal and external presentations. This role will also support the Office of Humane and Ethical Use on marketing trust and safety, helping PMMs and sales teams across the product portfolio understand how to message and scale these narratives. Strong presentation skills, executive presence and ability to deal with ambiguity are a must.

Responsibilities & Impact

  • Lead content, narrative, deck building, and program management for internal and external cross-functional presentations

  • Collaborate across Product Marketing and Product Management leadership to drive impactful cross-functional programs

  • Build narratives, trainings, and presentations to support cross-product and cross-industry initiatives, including but not limited to our Trust and Ethical Use narratives

  • Develop repeatable, scalable processes to better train PMM, CSG, and Sales teams on Trust and Ethical Use in partnership with our Office of Humane and Ethical Use

  • Lead and create the core value proposition and selling points of Ethical Use

  • Partner with PR to promote and celebrate the Trust Layer as a hero in our Trust narrative

  • Support other cross-functional, cross-product and industry PMM initiatives as needed

Required Skills:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in product marketing, industry marketing, or corporate marketing

  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong presentation-building skills

  • Experience working with and presenting to executives

  • Ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging

  • Drive hands-on tactical execution

  • Pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity

  • Experience will be evaluated based on alignment to the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer work, etc.)


Preferred Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce products and/or other SaaS and B2B technology platforms

  • Experience working on trust and safety narratives

  • Ability to inspire optimism, fun, and the desire to always be learning!

  • A natural collaborator

  • Get-it-Done confidence to pick up and lead new projects even in the face of ambiguity
