Commerce Cloud is building a strong product management practice in India! We’re looking for an executive leader to oversee the creation of this team, taking it from “zero to one”. This leader will manage a team of 12+ product managers, and will be responsible for building team culture, driving results, and building amazing product. The VP of product will partner closely with their US counterparts to define and shape our product strategy across Payments, Checkout, Catalog, Discovery, and more.

Own the product vision, understand our customers’ and partners’ business needs, spot new opportunities, and turn your insights into a roadmap, backlog, and requirements.
Lead and guide teams of product managers working in different domains, having dotted line accountability to different leaders, through the end-to-end product life cycle; including market needs, multi-year product vision, strategy and roadmap creation and communication, release planning, requirements gathering, and functional specifications all the way through to customer enablement, adoption and success
Partner with Engineering to deliver the desired functionality to plan, removing roadblocks as they arise.
Work in close partnership with our UX team to turn requirements into world-class design artifacts and with our engineering teams to create technical architecture and actionable work.
Be a “source of truth” for—and co-own the success of—marketing, sales, channel partners, customer support and other teams that help deliver our products to market.
Elevate our India operations and success as a site leader across Commerce Cloud. Drive the growth, culture and impact of the Commerce Cloud India PM team operating across multiple domain and organizations
Continuously prioritize work so that we are always focused on what is most important.
Collaborate closely with other product executives to align features and schedules across our various work streams.
Above all, do all of the little things that are needed in order to iterate and improve the product.
Required skills and experience:
High energy and passion for the job
Equivalent of 15+ years of product management or similar experience
Demonstrated experience in gathering and synthesizing product requirements into a concrete multi-year product roadmap
People-focused leader with proven track record of building and motivating collaborative global teams, developing careers of their employees, and linking performance to overall business goals
Experience in managing and growing global product organizations
Strong organizational and analytical abilities, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
Professionalism, dedication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Experience with Enterprise B2B software and CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
Software engineering or equivalent technical experience. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you should be comfortable having detailed technical conversations and helping make wise tradeoffs.
Experience with internationalization and localization to serve a global user base.
