This Senior Manager leadership role is for Salesforce Professional Services - Global Delivery Centre and will lead and manage a team of Salesforce Industries, AI consultants/developers that will build trust and realize the true value of Salesforce’s Industries, Data + AI solutions for customers. Build proficiencies and scale for these new generations of technology. Be the voice of Salesforce Industries, AI + Data portfolio. Collaborate with all internal collaborators such as sales, marketing, customer success as well as global product management & engineering.
Your Responsibilities:
- Build/Lead/Manage an impactful, successful team of consultants of Salesforce Industries by crafting a collaborative and encouraging culture where the team drives innovation and delivers the best work in their careers.
- Mentoring and managerial responsibilities for assigned resources, including Managers, Implementation Consultants, Configuration Analysts, and other roles as assigned, including contractors as required
- Hire inclusively, nurture talent, and invest in ongoing employee development & career progression.
- Provide pre-sales support for all Salesforce Industries, AI+ Data-related sales activities including pipe progression, product demonstrations, and other general sales support.
- Be the bridge between the Solutions team and the implementation team and extend to see opportunities to demonstrate all Salesforce technologies such as CRM (Sales, Service, Communication, Health& Insurance, etc.), Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Mulesoft, Tableau, and Slack
- Leverage technical expertise in the area of Salesforce Industries with respect to project implementation evangelize Salesforce offerings and provide guidance to the team.
- Leverage business expertise to drive process improvements & innovation within the Professional Services, Global Delivery Centre
- Manage large and medium-scale projects/initiatives requiring sophisticated cross-functional collaboration and project management skills
- Participate in company-growth activities including industry GTM strategy, sales training, marketing efforts, and customer care.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years working in the Salesforce Ecosystem with CRM products and solutions, preferably with people management experience
- Strong technical background with experience in Services Sales, Pre-sales, or related functions in a commercial software company
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Preferably have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent proven experience. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies or the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, work experience, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.
