About the role
The Content Management Analyst is the lead informational professional in charge of the organization, maintenance, and governance of our Global Public Sector + Nonprofit Sales and Readiness content. Reporting to the Director for Operational Excellence, the Content Management Analyst will be responsible for curating, cataloging, and ensuring the accessibility and relevance of our digital content assets, while also collaborating with others to manage content updates and enhancements. The role is cross-functional, and involves working closely with teams across the Public Sector organization in order to understand how our assets are being utilized and can be optimized.

Responsibilities

  • Content Library Management: Oversee the organization, cataloging, and maintenance of our digital content library, ensuring that content is easily accessible and up to date.
  • Content Curation: Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify relevant content, categorize it appropriately, and ensure it aligns with the company's goals and standards.
  • Content Updates: Work with various departments to facilitate content updates and enhancements as needed, ensuring accuracy and relevancy.
  • Content Guidelines + Best Practices: Develop and maintain content guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and alignment with the Global Public Sector brand identity. Ensure these guidelines align with the larger Salesforce content ecosystem.
  • Metadata and Tagging: Apply metadata and tagging to content items to enhance searchability and organization.
  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of content library assets, making recommendations for improvements and optimizing access.
  • Tool Review: Periodically review the Global Public Sector content management suite of tools and resources, and suggest updates or improvements as needed.


Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility in shifting direction quickly when priorities change; excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving skills, process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and digital asset management (DAM) tools.
  • Experience as a Content Manager, Digital Librarian, or similar role with a focus on content maintenance a plus.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $76,700 to $105,500.Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
